The Belton Middle School Cross Country team continued its season at the Dragon Middle School Relays, hosted by Belton New Tech. With seven relay teams competing, our Tigers had another opportunity to gain valuable race experience, compete alongside their teammates, and continue building the foundation of our cross country program. Relay meets provide a unique challenge as athletes must not only focus on their own performance, but also rely on their teammates to do their part. Our runners embraced that challenge and competed with determination throughout the meet. MEET HIGHLIGHTS 8th Grade Girls Relay Team A — 6th Place 7th Grade Girls Relay Team A — 9th Place 8th Grade Boys Relay Team A — 10th Place The 8th Grade Girls Relay Team A led the way with a strong 6th-place finish, followed by the 7th Grade Girls Relay Team A in 9th place and the 8th Grade Boys Relay Team A in 10th place. Most importantly, all seven relay teams gained valuable experience and continued to show the hard work and dedication they have been putting in throughout the season. Each meet provides an opportunity to compete, learn, and improve, and our athletes continue to make progress every time they step to the starting line. We are proud of the teamwork, effort, and determination displayed by our cross country athletes at the Dragon Middle School Relays.
